Mission
Our mission is to become an
exemplary school by modeling high academic standards through

A True School Partner

Students from Columbia Explorers Academy, who had
perfect attendance for the 2nd quarter, were given the
opportunity to win a bike thanks to Mr. Anthony Kessel. Mr.
Kessel, owner of Quality Auto Mart located at 47th and
Archer, donated 18 bicycles to be raffled off to one boy and one
girl from Kindergarten through 8th grade. He has also
offered to donate more next quarter for students who make the
Honor Roll. Mr. Kessel’s continued generosity and partnership
with Columbia Explorers is greatly appreciated! Mr. Barrera,
principal of Columbia Explorers Academy, and Mr. Kessel are
pictured with the following winners: Mariela Amezquita, Uriel
Ramirez, Isaac Izaguirre, Marcela Medina, Arnold Moyaho, Karol
Morales, Gabriel Garcia, Reyna Reyes, Justin Chavez, Ashley Lopez,
Simon Quintana, Dayanna Cervantes, Luis Lopez, Kassandra Ramirez,
Javier Montoya, Jessica Garcia, Enrique Negrete, and Angelica
