The
vision of Columbia Explorers Academy Elementary School is to
provide a safe, nurturing environment where staff, parents and the
community collaborate to embrace diversity and promote academic
success in our journey to educate the whole child.
Mission
Our mission is to become an
exemplary school by modeling high academic standards through
authentic experiences that support the application of skills for
literacy, higher-order thinking, and living. We seek to provide
understanding and respect for individual differences to enable all
students to be successful members of society.

If you have not visited and registered on
CPSalumni.org,
we encourage you to do so. We are creating a living history of the
CPS schools and, as more people register, we are creating a vast
network of resources that will benefit the entire CPS community.
